At Single O, we strive to ensure every roast meets our high quality standards; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only offer returns or replacements for damaged goods or incorrect orders within 14 days of purchase.

Email our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or damage.
Provide Proof
Attach a photo of the product and its packaging to help us investigate the quality concern or shipping damage.
Return Authorization
If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to our roastery.
Refund or Replacement
Once confirmed, we will either ship out a fresh batch of coffee immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
